ATTORNEY AT LAW
The Full Story
HOW IT WORKS
Setting up a case with an attorney can be intimidating and painfully formal. Not with us. You set things up however you want. You don't even have to talk to anyone if you don't want to. Let us take the reins to improve your credit, we know exactly what to do. Here is a step by step guide of how we do it.

GETTING STARTED
Gather all three of your credit bureau reports. You are entitled to one free credit report each year from all three bureaus. Don't fall for any scams out there for your free credit report. The only website authorized to give out free credit reports is www.annualcreditreport.com. You can order online or give them a call at 877-322-8228.
If preferred, contact me through the contact form here to set up a free 15 minute consultation to create a verbal plan of action.
If you don't want a free consultation, and you have a good idea of what services you need, that's fine too! You are always welcome to email me your ideas and preferences to include in your plan of action. Get in touch with me by emailing or texting me, or using the contact form.

GET ESTABLISHED
Once you're ready to move forward, request a retainer agreement stating your credit goals. We may be informal, but we're legit and require retainer agreements. We will decide together the specific legal services for you to meet your goals. Carefully read the retainer agreement. Initial and sign the agreement where indicated, and agree to the terms and conditions. Hit the complete button.
Your retainer agreement is now under review for the Attorney to sign! Once the Attorney has executed her portion of the retainer agreement, you are now a client. You will receive a signed copy of your retainer via email.
You will then receive instructions on how to send us your credit reports or other documents we may need.

WE GET TO WORK!
Now that your homework is done, we start the heavy lifting! Right away, we begin drafting letters specifically tailored to your credit items and send them to the credit bureaus.

SEE RESULTS
Credit bureaus are required to respond within 30 days. If they do not, they must remove the item from your credit report.
Most of the time they do not take the entire 30 days. Quite often, just receiving a letter from an attorney gets them moving. Often time, clients see results within the same week!
You will receive email notice of your results within one business day of our receipt. If you subscribe to third party credit monitoring services, you will see updates when the credit bureaus make the changes.
